Project Takeoffs & Estimating

Send the plans. Get the material list, priced.

Upload your electrical plans, fixture schedules or a material list. Our team counts it out and prices it so you can bid the job or order with confidence, grouped by system, matched to your specs and ready to release by phase.

Takeoff questions

Upload your plans
What do you need to do a takeoff?

Electrical and lighting sheets, the fixture schedule and the panel schedules help most. Spec sections and addenda help us match the right products. If you only have part of the set, send it and we’ll tell you what’s missing.

Can you quote from a material list instead of plans?

Yes. Upload your own takeoff, a bill of materials, a bid form or even photos of a handwritten list, and we’ll price it.

Will you quote the brands on the spec?

We quote what’s specified and mark any alternates clearly for your approval, so nothing is swapped without you knowing.

How long does a takeoff take?

It depends on the size of the job and how complete the drawings are. Include your bid date with the request and we’ll let you know the timing up front.

Does a takeoff replace my estimator or engineer?

No. We count and price the materials. Labor, design and engineering stay with your team and your engineer of record.

Can I order straight from the quote?

Yes. Release it all at once or in phases, for pickup at Warren or Waterford Township or jobsite delivery.
